This is the unique wiring diagram number for a specific unit. You can find this number on the rating plate directly below the serial number.

EZ net access is located on the Reznor website for all Reznor units. This is a Distributor only service. All contractors and other customers should contact their distributor for lead time information.

In your parts price sheet next to the part number is a (ss) this means super stock and these parts may be shipped out NDA with an additional $20.00 fee plus freight charges. These items are to be shipped within a 24 hr period. If the part is not marked (ss) than you may request NDA but they will not guarantee shipment within 24 hrs. The part may need to be fabricated or assembled and these items are an additional $40.00 charge plus freight.

Reznor - NDA orders received at Gunn & Pegelow by 11:00 am are usually shipped the same day. Reznor's official policy is to ship superstock parts within 24 hrs.

For Magic-Aire and Titan, the cut off time for NDA parts is 11:00AM. Remember that the sooner you enter the order with us the better the odds are of it shipping that day.

All Next Day Air orders sent to Gunn & Pegelow are entered immediately after they are pulled from the Fax machine. The order is never held until the Next Day to be entered.

If your Serial number starts with an S or an E, that would determine that you have either 321 SS Ht. Exchanger or 409 SS Ht. Exchanger. Heat Exchangers fabricated from 409 SS are magnetic.

Reznor Product: 12 months from the date of original installation whether or not actual use begins on that date, or 18 months from date of shipment from Reznor, whichever occurs first.

Extended warranty on the following applies: 9 Year F, B, FE, BE, FT, SFT, TR, TRH, ARB, PAA, PAB, PAC, PAD, UDAS & UDAP. 4 Year SCA & SCB purchased after 10/31/92. 4 Year OH & OB purchased after 2/28/94. 2 Year ERSA.

Magic Aire: 1 Year parts warranty from the date of installation.

Titan Air: 2 Years parts warranty.

Reznor- You must fill out the warranty form online. Reznor does not require return of the bad part unless it is specifically requested by the factory. We recommend keeping all warranty parts at your location until your credit has been processed. Your Gunn & Pegelow, Inc. sales representative must inspect and approve all heat exchanger warranty claims.

Magic Aire- Authorization from Magic Aire must be obtained prior to claim and return of any parts. Contact Gunn & Pegelow, Inc. for approval.

Titan Air- A completed return tag will be sent to you along with replacement part that you have ordered. You will be invoiced at the time of shipment of your order. Please return the part & completed tag directly to Titan. Parts that are not returned within thirty days of the replacement being shipped will not be accepted for credit.

In all cases where warranty parts are ordered, it is required that a credit card purchase be transacted unless you have an established line of credit.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranty parts and the returned parts.
Re-stock charges for returned warranty parts are a minimum of 25% of the purchase price. All items returned for re-stock must have prior approval of Gunn & Pegelow, Inc.
